[TYPO3-english] Typo3 4.6 and IIS

Hello!

I am using Typo3 on Windows server with IIS 6, PHP5.3 and WinCache (for PHP).
It is not as easy as with Apache on Unix/Linux server.
I tried to update from 4.4 to 4.5 and then to 4.6.
4.5 is working OK (except updating extensions, but this is in 4.4 too).
But when I tried to use 4.6, it is impossible for me.
Probably because of Caching Framework working method.
Every cache clearing deletes also cache subdir in typo3temp dir.
And CMS is not showing pages anymore, because it is not possible for it to create this dir again, because some process (probably IIS Working process) keeps this deleted dir locked. 
Only restarting IIS gives showing pages again - Typo3 can and creates cache folder(s) again.

The same blocking dir effect is when updating extensions from TER. I need special installation with Apache or nginx to update extensions. Clone of production server is not enough.

Is anybody else using Typo3 4.6 with IIS and experiencing similar problems?
Or maybe I have to change something in my config? But what?
Because simple deleting dirs in File module or in DAM works normally.
