[TYPO3-english] Clearing cache - "Clear all caches"?

I guess it flushes all caching framework caches. This includes the 
php_opcode cache for example which caches the autoloader entries.

Also there might be other caches configured, which are cleared on all cache, 
because the hook in somewhere.
