[TYPO3-english] Clearing cache - "Clear all caches"?

Can anyone tell me, what "Clear all caches" does in the backend, that 
"Clear page content cache" + "Clear configuration cache" + "Clear RTE 
Cache" doesn't?

I have a special situation, with some proxy setup, where clearing the 
last three doesn't do the job, - but "Clear all caches" does it.

So I'm wondering what is the extra things being cleared by "Clear all 
caches"??
