[TYPO3-english] TSconfig to disable non-editable records

Mi dispiace...

If you use backend usergroups with access lists, you can set which records
user can list or modify.

list means see.
modify means edit.

If you remove from list and modify, that non-admin backend user can't see
the records at all.
