Should be http://10.0.0.12:8503/

Anyway (I know you solved it), you should add more information of you want 
to have an anwser:
* operation system(s)
* kind of webserver and version
* etc

Hint: I set up my router to dynamically add a hostname entry for the laptop. 
This way I can use a dns name like phil-laptop to connect to my laptop 
without knowing which IP it has.
