[TYPO3-english] Web Server

Hi,

 

I have set up my TYPO3 web server across my router on a laptop.

When I ping the address 10.0.0.12 from my desktop ,I can see it OK from my
laptop.

When I ping my desktop 10.0.0.1, I can see it from my laptop.

I ran the introduction front end on my laptop and it works.

 

When I try to connect to my laptop (Web server) from my desktop, also on the
same router,

I use http://10.0.0.12/localhost:8503/

But it won't connect.

 

I tried straight http:/10.0.0.12  (laptop IP address)

And it still won't connect.

 

Any ideas please ?
