[TYPO3-english] Clearing cache_extentions in typo3 DB

No, there's no way other than manual clearing.
Is your hoster really that expensive that you have to save the required 
space?

Otherwise clearing this table makes not much sense. Entries will be 
recreated, when you sync with the TER in the Extension Manager. Without 
its contents, you will not be able to import any extensions.
