[TYPO3-english] htaccess for directory typo3 - jsfunc.layermenu.js disturbing

hi friends,

I wanted to secure my typo3 directory within htaccess.
It worked nearly perfect, but the pre-developer realized a js-menu with 
a js-lib from sysext:
typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/media/scripts/jsfunc.layermenu.js.
I don't find this in TSOB.
Does somebody know how this is loaded and how to deactivate it? I then 
will put this file in fileadmin and load it from there.
