[TYPO3-english] Supressing News Catagories in tt_news

Just two guesses:

- somewhere, there's a setting "don't display news that are already on 
this page", maybe this could serve your purpose

- to combine the two selection criteria, you could maybe bring different 
locations for the categories or the news in play? Sounds a bit awkward 
though
