[TYPO3-english] _CSS_DEFAULT_STYLE loading order

Hi Riccardo,

I think, the order of the styles depends on the order of the 
installation of the extension. You can change the order of the 
extensions in localconf.php:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList']
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList_FE']
