[TYPO3-english] _CSS_DEFAULT_STYLE loading order

Hello everybody.
I need a little info about TYPO3 4.5.4:

when I load the default css of a plugin (like tt_news, indexedsearch, etc):

plugin.something._CSS_DEFAULT_STYLE()

How can I determine/alter the loading order?
