You have to modify the Template, which outputs this text.
Select module "Template" in the left menu
Select sysfolder page_blocks_configuration (id 11, inside TypoScript
Templates)
Select "Info/Modify" from the drop-down menu in the upper center of your
screen
Click on the pencil next to "Setup"
Change the TypoScript to only contain
lib.sitetitle = TEXT
This fills the marker assigned to lib.sitetitle with a TEXT object
without any text.
