[TYPO3-english] ghost text

I working on putting up a temporary "place holding" site, for the 
service I am working on. Using the Introduction pack template (which is 
good enough until I get the time to do a proper one, or customize 
enough) I've managed to add a new site banner.

However, I get ghost text across it, despite having fiddled with the 
site title in template and the main css file. You can see this here:
http://www.theoldecookerybook.com/index.php (There's white text acrss 
the left image and the site title).

Where to I get rid of it?
