[TYPO3-english] Excluding a given extension inclusion on a page?

I'm using Perfectlightbox in order to get Lightbox effects fine on my images
(zoom). Unfortunately, this extensions is working with jQuery and the
Powermail extensions I'm also using is working with prototype/mootols.

Having these both extensions "loaded" (I mean the js files) on the page
makes my form validation to fail (javascript error).

To solve this conflict, my idea would be to NOT include the javascript
inclusion for Perfectlightbox (jquery) on the pages where a webform is used.

In my template, I have the possibility to define what files to include
"*Include
static (from extensions)" *but I cannot see a way to define the exclusion of
that stuff if required.

Could someone let me know if it's possible and if yes, how/where in setup?
