[TYPO3-english] Newbie in Typo3 trying desperately to install it in Xampp

As far as is can judge it, till now, you don't have a TYPO3-Problem but 
more a System-Administration-Problem.

If you have a working LAMP-Configuration on a system it is very 
complicated to investigate in another.

You must be sure to use the right paths. Xampp brings its own 
distributions.
