[TYPO3-english] where is csc-header class defined

Dmitry, i have used FireBug but there were no classes defined for 
csc-header,csc-default etc. That's why i asked the question here :-)

I included static css_styled_content (for 4.3 version). I also added 
example.css from CSS styled content but those styles are still undefined ??
