[TYPO3-english] where is csc-header class defined

FireBug can help you to find where classes are defined :)

In general, CSC classes are added using TS at
typo3/sysext/css_styled_content/static/setup.txt. Have a look at
"plugin.tx_cssstyledcontent._CSS_DEFAULT_STYLE".
