[TYPO3-english] Translation handling and backend language

Hi Sergio:

I had this problem with some users a few months ago. The only way I could
get around this was to delete the user and create it again with the proper
language. At that time I was using typo3 4.2.8 or 4.2.10 (i don't remember).
The users I had problems with were old ones which wanted the backen in
spanish. I didn't find any problem when I created new users.
