[TYPO3-english] Translation handling and backend language

Hi list (happy new year!), 

I've enabled Spanish and French languages on Translation handling on
Ext. Manager, updating them from the repository. Everything is OK, but
when I go to my backend user and change its default language to Spanish
or French, the menus remain on English... 

Do I need any additional step? Some months ago, it worked this way but
now it doesn't...
