[TYPO3-english] Foreign language not displaying correctly

Hey,
you should make sure that everything is UTF-8 encoded.
As you wrote your site encoding and your database encoding is already
UTF-8.
Therefore try to go to your Install Tool and set the value setDBinit
to set names 'utf8'
Maybe thats the fault.
