[TYPO3-english] About regressions in the latest security updates

Hi,

some folks might be affraid of upgrading to the latest security updates
because of some regression bugs being reported in the lists. I try to
sum up what has popped up so far so people can judge whether they could
have a problem upgrading.

So far the vast majority of the users reported that their upgrades went
smoothly.
