[TYPO3-english] Insert link dialog in rtehtmlarea problem

Hello people,

After a recent upgrade to T3 version 4.2.6 and DAM 1.1.1, I've noticed
I got problems on the insert link dialog in the rtehtmlarea. I can't
link or switch through the different tabs anymore.

I get the following javascript error when the page loads:
initDialog is not defined

Then on each click in a tab I get:
jumpToUrl is not defined

I cleared typo3temp and typo3conf/temp_CACHED*
My DAM settings "media tag[mediatag]" and "htmlArea RTE
integration[htmlAreaBrowser]" are marked and the rtehtmlarea setting
"Enable the DAM media browser[enableDAMBrowser]" is NOT marked.

Any clues?
