[TYPO3-english] typo3temp/pics/ image not showing in FE

Thanks Marcus,

Copy paste into address results the same empty image frame with the red 
cross. If I go with my server control panel to the folder the picture 
seems to be there, clicking it results the same empty image frame. There 
are also the install tool test images and they work fine.

The same seems to be the case in uploads also. The old pics in uploads 
work, now if I save a new image CE it doesn't work.

I don't understand this...
