[TYPO3-english] typo3temp/pics/ image not showing in FE

Copy the image path from the source and paste it to the address bar to 
chceck if it's valid and fetchable (no any access restrictions in action).

If you're using config.baseURL also make sure if it's ending with slash.

I have no other ideas.
