[TYPO3-english] page.includeCSS after Templavoila headers

Hi,

Yes, I'm referencing files that are included in the "header parts" I dont 
want to include all the files with TS cause some files are template 
dependents. I want to put my CSS files included with TS after TV header 
parts

any idea?
