[TYPO3-english] page.includeCSS after Templavoila headers

Hi,

what exactly do you mean with TV CSS files?? are you referencing to
those that are linked in the "header parts" ? if so, you could disable
all stylesheets links there and use them with way better control in your
TS Setup (page.includeCSS.file10) while your custom css are loaded
beginning at page.includeCSS.file20
