[TYPO3-english] Markers ###GW1B### and ###GW1E### are not substituted in sr_feuser_register

My mistake!

I included *FE User Registration CSS-styled* in static template, 
therefore I had to use 
EXT:sr_feuser_register/pi1/tx_srfeuserregister_pi1_css_tmpl.tmpl as a 
starting point.
