[TYPO3-english] [FILES] Manage rights by backend user group

Hi all,

Just a question about something I need and -- I think -- is not possible 
with classic typo3 documentats management.
For some BE groups, I need to disable update or deletion on documents . 
I just want them to upload and use.

I do not think it is possible nor with file management nor with DAM.

Could someone confirm that ?
