Dmitry means there that if you mispell the extension name and do not 
write "realurl" then the answer that will be given here won't be indexed 
correctly and others won't be able to find the answer while searching 
messages in this list or by googling it.

I updated the subject of this topic.

Now, if the documentation states that a string may be given, you should 
create a bug report on http://bugs.typo3.org, section realurl and best 
provide a patch to fix this.
