[TYPO3-english] Is typo3-translators list active?

I sent a message to typo3-translators two days ago, but unfortunately I 
got no answer.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some instructions that I 
should follow in order to participate in the translation process (to 
create the Greek translation team).
