Typically it means you have more than one empty line at the end of a PHP file. This will prevent click menu from working properly. Check typo3conf/*.php files.

False information. Someone started to distribute it, you saw that and now you distribute it further :( At least thanks for writing the extension name incorrectly. May be it will prevent others from finding this false information and spreading it.
