[TYPO3-english] cooluri and language tag - /de

Hi Jan,

"I just still don't understand why you need /de in URLs."

The reason is very simple, as we need /en or /fr for secondary language, we
need /de for default language.
Currently the page e.g. www.mydomain.com/home and
www.mydomain.com/de/homehave same content (duplicate). May be this can
be solved if /de is always
there at the end.
