[TYPO3-english] using pre defined templates

Hello Steef,

I suggest to skip automaketemplate and templavoila, there's no need to use it and it requires a 
special suport by people using it.

Keep in mind, that there are two kind of templates. The TS-Templates created in the BE with the goal 
of rendering desired content. And HTML-Templates with markers in it that gets replaced with rendered 
content rendered by TS-Templates.
