[TYPO3-english] NEEDED: Custom RealURL Config

I am in need of a custom RealURL configuration, while it would be awesome to find someone to just do it, my company is willing to pay.  Send all questions and prices to webmaster(at)rcbitsolutions(dot)com by Monday (10/20/08) at noon pacific time.

The setup should be like this

/page.html or /page for main level pages

/page/sub-page.html or /page/sub-page for all sub pages to any level ie (/page/sub-page/sub-sub-page.html or /page/sub-page/sub-sub-page ect...)

it should also make nice urls for the following fe extensions:

We don't have any specific preference for urls related to these extension, as long as they are nice search engine friendly and human readable URLs. Thanks.
