[TYPO3-english] switch to templavoila

I got the idea that it would be time to switch to templavoila.

1. can I just install templavoila and use it? Can I use the template I
have now continue use in templavoila?
2. can the web editor easy adapt to that?
3. what are the advantages over the normal style?

(I believe there are many words already said, which doc/site should I
start to read)
