[TYPO3-english] HELP! my typo3 site is damaged

I tried to install on two typo3 web sites two extensions from  WEC:
 
wec_connector
wec_sermon

During installation I saw following warnings:

I could not get it to work and I left my place and got logged out. Today
I try to see the web site and get on some pages (e.g. Calendar, what has
nothing to do with these two extensions I tried):

TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "wec_api" was NOT loaded!
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)


I thought the best and fastest solution would be to login and to
uninstall these two extensions, but I cannot login anymore. Typo3
complaints that my password is wrong.

How can I fix it?


I tried to change the localconfig.php:

Now each page shows that error!!!!

to copy back the old localconfig.php did not help, each page now this error!
