[TYPO3-english] altElementBrowserMountPoints per page (User T Sconfig per Page setting)

i think it is just the page ID condition that needs a fix..
since other conditions, like
[loginUser = 3]
options.pageTree.altElementBrowserMountPoints = 429,15
[end]
do work!
