[TYPO3-english] altElementBrowserMountPoints per page (User T Sconfig per Page setting)

this is the "missing" ext for Core :)

unluckily i can't make it work with TYPO3 4.2.3

(it says max compatibily with 4.2 but i thought it was just a precaution)

i did put this in the User group:

[globalVar = GP:id=24]
options.pageTree.altElementBrowserMountPoints = 429,15
[end]
