[TYPO3] avoid duplicate content with TYPO3

No one should see index.php?id=XXX once RealURL is enabled.

It cannot. Doing it will violate principles of TYPO3 work. Sorry. If CoolURI does this, use CoolURI. RealURL will not do it.
