[TYPO3] MacMade Login Box questions

I have the login box installed, but I have a couple of questions about it.

This page talks about how to customise the larger login box, but where do I
find the html it mentions?

2> How do I use the smaller box instead, should I want to?

But I'm don't know exactly what it means. Or how and where in typo3 I should
set this up. I'm not using TemplaVoila. I'm using the autoparser to make
elements and then using styles.content.getLeft etc. to show the conetnt
