To be more precise, it depends on your setup. The thing is that 
efafontsize is designed to be included only per TS into your pages. So 
whenever you copy the plugin.tx_efafontsize_pi1 object to a 
lib.something object for TV or to some marker, you must remember that 
you are actually making a *copy* of the plugin.tx_efafontsize_pi1 
object. If you change that object at a later point, those changes will 
have no effect on the copies.
