[TYPO3-english] Months translation in typo3?

Hi there,

I have a utf8 display issue with the months and can't see where that info is 
in typo3.
I use the extension ts_lastupdate to show the date of when the page was last 
updated  and the month in french have bugs.
could not find them in the database.

I think i was told once that this was in a php file but i can't remember 
which one....
