[TYPO3] TCdirectmail - open_basedir restriction in effect

Hi!

I did this, but I had to disabled safe mode, so that the tcdirecmail should found the three runnable files. I guess this to be a "quick and dirty" solution. I'd satisfied, If I could enable safe_mode and not to add this open_basedir settings. So should be work. I think the calling binary from /usr/bin in this extensiion should be implement in other way.  I take as basis that the /usr/bin/convert can be run by typo3 without modify open_basedir, and without disable safe_mode.
Do you know probably the issue, how should be implement this funciton in right way?
