[TYPO3] Disabling "Disable RTE"

The group doesn't have "Disable RTE" set, nor does it belong to any other
groups. I notice that the "Disable RTE" checkbox shows up all over the BE,
not just in pagecontent pages. Perhaps it has some global setting?

maybe the setting is defined in another way in a sub (sub ..) group?

Use the User Admin backend module to compare the settings of the users.
