[TYPO3] Mailing to fr_users

Hi,

I have been looking at extensions, and the extension for mailing I 
found, used tt_address for mailing.

Is there a way to do a mailing to fe_users ? And if it's possible, is it 
possible to restrict the mailing by fe_user group ?
