[TYPO3] upgrading typo3 4.04 to 4.1.1

Hey dave,

I updated about 20 website from 4.0.x to 4.1.x, and it's pretty 
straightforward. Use the "UPDATE TABLES" (in the database analzyer) 
command and the "Update Wizard" in the install tool and you're good to go.

You gotta check if you have some special extensions installed, if there 
is trouble with them (best is to search in teh mailinglist for them).

If you think about upgrading or not, just read the change log / release 
info and you'll see if you need the new features.
