[TYPO3] Change InnoDB to MyISAM

I think it is not that complicated to change to engine. You can use the 
normal ALTER statements to do so. Here you can find a script that does 
it for all tables found in a database.

But I guess you can achieve that also with the GUI of phpMyAdmin.
