[TYPO3] what is a good solution for image searches in typo3?

Hi,

i have managed to do this by using the DAM, DAM downloads (which has  
search), and the DAM metaextract plugins.
the metaextract plugin extracts keywords etc from the jpg's  
themselves. this makes it possible to use the images with metadata  
outside of typo3( Adobe bridge etc) If you only put the metadata in  
typo3 you cannot use the same data with other applications.

Our images have keywords built into the jpg inserted by the  
photographers, or you can do it when using photoshop and the xmp engine.

This works great for our pictures.
