Yes, I did always clear cache. However, I decided to give it one more
try and cleared the cache again and suddenly it works. The first hit
still went wrong (after clearing cache) but then all the links suddenly
worked. Very weird. You were also right that the error message was from
Apache but I don't understand that, either. :(
