[TYPO3] CoolURI and files

that's correct. Daniel Selinger used these settings as well and they 
work fine (with the latest CoolURI version).

The CoolURI ext. doesn't send this status code/message, so it can't be 
result of it. There must be something strange in you server 
configuration or mod rewrite settings.

When you tamper with settings, do you always clear URI cache?
